We want to welcome all of our new residents to The Villas at Riverbend team! We have a month packed of fun activities for all of our residents, but with school a week away after move-in, here’s a list of things to do while in Baton Rouge.

Special Highlight

Pest control comes every Monday. Do not put in work orders regarding pests. All requests can be made through the leasing office up until Monday morning

Reminders and Updates

  • Our office hours are Monday–Friday from 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday from noon–4 p.m.
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fee will be assessed on the 4th of each month. If you have any questions, contact the office.
  • Pets must be registered. Failure to do so will result in a warning and a fine assessed per your lease agreement.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times. If your pet is not on a lease, you will be fined $250.
  • Guests must be accompanied by residents to use the media room, conference room, pool, and volleyball court.

Tie-Dye Day — August 31 — Stop by the office and tie-dye your favorite shirt. Make sure you bring your own item to tie-dye.
